This policy explains what information baileybae.com ("BaileyBae", "we") handles when you visit, why, and the choices you have. BaileyBae is operated by Bailey Bae, an individual. BaileyBae is for adults 18 and over only.
The short version
- We don't have accounts, we don't take payments, and we don't sell your information.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, only if you agree to it. We don't run advertising pixels or ad trackers.
- We don't set any cookies unless you agree to analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
- Some of our tools save what you type in your own browser only. It never reaches us.
- To show live counts and send you to cam sites, we pass limited technical information to those sites, explained below.
Information we handle
Information your browser sends. Like every website, our servers and the companies that host and protect them receive your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
What you enter in our tools. Our privacy checklist and tip menu builder save your ticks and menu items in your own browser's storage, so they're there when you come back. This information is never sent to us. Our calculators, site finder and other tools don't save or send what you enter.
Analytics, if you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_4J8SYPRJ6D) and records the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), your device and browser, and the links you click. We use this only in aggregate, to see which pages help people. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months so we don't ask on every visit.
Clicks on links to cam sites. When you click one of our links to a cam site, our server records which page and which button you clicked, so we know which pages are useful. We don't record your IP address or anything that identifies you with that click. The cam site receives a code identifying BaileyBae as the referrer.
Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply.
We don't knowingly collect any other personal information, and we don't ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
Who else receives information
- Chaturbate. To show how many performers are live, and to send you to a room that's available where you are, our server asks Chaturbate's affiliate service for live rooms and includes your IP address, so rooms that performers have blocked in your region are left out. We don't store your IP address for this. Chaturbate's own privacy policy covers what it does with that request.
- Cam sites you visit. When you leave BaileyBae for a cam site, that site's own terms, privacy policy and cookies apply. We may earn a commission if you join or buy, which never changes our rankings.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
- Google Analytics. Google LLC processes analytics data for us as our service provider, under the Google Analytics terms and Google's data processing terms. We have turned off Google's optional data sharing, and we don't use analytics data for advertising.
- Our service providers. Railway hosts the site; Cloudflare provides our domain name service and network security; Google Workspace handles our email. They process information only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect people's safety, or to report suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or law enforcement.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
Why we use information
We handle information to run and secure the site and to understand which pages are useful, which are our legitimate interests, and to answer you when you contact us. Analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We don't keep a database of visitors. Server and security logs are kept by our hosting providers for their standard retention periods. Click records contain no personal information. Google Analytics keeps event and user-level data for 2 months, then deletes it; reports keep only aggregated totals. Emails are kept until they're no longer needed to answer you.
Your choices and rights
- Cookies and storage. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to accept or decline analytics, or clear cookies and our tools' saved information in your browser settings.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law requires. Because we hold so little, the answer is often that we hold nothing that identifies you.
- Complaints. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
BaileyBae is for adults only. We don't allow anyone under 18 to use the site and don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it. If you ever see content anywhere that may involve a minor, report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
Security and international transfers
We use HTTPS everywhere and keep the information we handle to a minimum. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this policy and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
