Best Cam Sites for Models: Where to Work, by the Data

The short answer

There's no single best site for every model. If you want the biggest audience, it's Stripchat. If you stream late at night in the Americas, it's Chaturbate or MyFreeCams. If you'd rather work in the daytime, Stripchat and BongaCams are busiest then. If privacy is your top worry, CamSoda's state blocking is hard to beat. And if you'd rather do paid one-on-one calls than run a public room, look at SkyPrivate, which advertises a payout of up to 90%.

How we ranked them

The order follows how much public tipping was tracked on each site over four weeks (September 28 to October 25, 2026; BaileyBae analysis). That's the closest public measure of how many paying viewers a site can put in front of you. We add what matters day to day: when each audience is online, who it tips, the privacy tools on offer and, where she worked there, Bailey's own experience. Traffic is from Similarweb for September 2026.

We haven't added payout shares for these six yet. Each site's share changes, and we only publish a number once we've confirmed it on the site's own model pages, with a link and date. Until then every entry says "Confirming." Rankings never depend on affiliate deals.

Where the paying audience is

Across the six sites, tracked public tips came to about $96.4 million in four weeks. Stripchat took 53.3% and Chaturbate 35.0%, so the two giants together took 88%. That concentration is why they have the most viewers, and also the most competition. For hours, days and category breakdowns for every site, see our cam site statistics.

Every cam site we track

Here's the full list: every cam site in our traffic data, ranked by monthly visits. The big six above get full rankings because we also have their tip data. The rest are here so you can see the whole market at a glance. Sites with a link have a full guide for models.

How to read it as a model. Visits tell you how big a site's audience is. Average visit tells you how long people stay: long visits usually mean viewers settle into rooms and come back, which is good for building regulars. A site with huge visits but very short stays (like Jerkmate, at 47 seconds) is mostly a doorway that sends people elsewhere, so it isn't a place to sign up as a model.

We leave out white labels, sites that show another platform's performers under their own brand, because their visitors are watching the same rooms as the parent site.

Who each audience tips

Every site's crowd has its own taste, and it pays to perform where your type of room is already popular. Across the six big sites, here's where tracked tips went by room type:

Women's rooms take most of the money everywhere, but the mix changes a lot by site. Couples do best on Stripchat, and trans and male performers do best on Chaturbate. See our lists of the best cam sites for couples, for trans models and for male models.

When each site is busiest

Put all six together and tips peak in the late afternoon and evening, Eastern time. But each site is very different: Stripchat peaks in the US morning, BongaCams and LiveJasmin in the afternoon, and Chaturbate, MyFreeCams and CamSoda late at night. Our guide to the best times to cam has a chart for every site.

Smaller sites worth knowing

Outside the big six, a few smaller sites hold their audiences unusually well, which can make it easier to build a loyal following:

• Cam4: 55.9 million visits, with people staying over seven minutes on average.
• Streamate: smaller, at 7.5 million visits, but visitors stayed 11 minutes 18 seconds on average, one of the longest stays of any site we track.
• XLoveCam: 3.8 million visits and over nine minutes per visit.
• SkyPrivate: not a cam site with public rooms. Members pay by the minute for one-on-one calls, and it advertises a model payout of up to 90%.
• Flirt4Free: 38 million visits; its performers also appear on its sister brands.

We don't have tip data for these sites yet, so we can't say when their rooms are busiest or what their audiences tip. Visit figures are Similarweb estimates for September 2026.

Before you sign up anywhere

1. Read the site's current model terms: payout share, payout schedule, minimum payout and which countries it accepts
2. Check how it verifies that every performer is an adult
3. Look for privacy tools like region blocking
4. Plan your schedule around its busiest hours
5. Run your numbers in our earnings calculator

More tipping happens on Stripchat than on any other site we track. For a model, that's the biggest pool of paying viewers you can put yourself in front of. Its audience leans European, so if you live in the Americas you get a full room without staying up until 2am. The trade-off is competition: a polished profile, a reliable schedule and steady promotion matter more here than anywhere.

Good

• Biggest paying audience
• Daytime peak for models in the Americas
• By far the best site for couples

Watch for

• The most competition
• EU preliminary finding in March 2026 over viewer age checks (not final)

Chaturbate is the most open big site for every kind of performer, and the stickiest: visitors stay over eight minutes. Its room apps (tip menus, games, goal counters, ticket shows and moderation bots) let you run a structured, interactive show.

Good

• Huge, mixed, late-night audience
• Room apps and ticket shows
• You set your own private-show price

Watch for

• Crowded: promotion matters
• Strict rules and slow suspension appeals

CamSoda's smaller field makes it easier to be noticed, and its state blocking was Bailey's favorite feature when she started, because she was afraid of being recognized.

Good

• Easier to stand out
• Strong region blocking

Watch for

• Much less traffic
• New profiles can wait for approval

LiveJasmin

Paid private shows instead of a public room

Monthly visits

194.8M, third of the cam sites we track (Similarweb, Sep 2026)

Not on Lovense's Cam Extension list

LiveJasmin suits models who'd rather do paid one-on-one sessions than run a big free room. Public tip data badly undercounts it, so judge it on how it works, not on tips.

Good

• Big audience
• Built around private sessions

Watch for

• Little free traffic to build a following from
