The four big findings
- Two sites, Stripchat and Chaturbate, take 88% of tracked tips
- Each site has its own rush hour: there's no single "best time to cam"
- Friday and Saturday are the biggest days on every big site
- Different audiences tip different models: couples on Stripchat, trans and male models on Chaturbate
Where the money goes
Across the six big sites we track, public tips came to about $96.4 million in four weeks. Almost all of it went to two sites:

Bigger sites have the most tippers, but also the most models competing for them. See our best cam sites for models to weigh that up.
When tips come in
BaileyBae analysis of tracked public tips (site-wide totals, not any performer's income). Period: September 28 to October 25, 2026. Times are US Eastern.
Put all six sites together and tips peak in the late afternoon and evening, Eastern time. Each site is very different, though: Stripchat peaks in the US morning, and Chaturbate, MyFreeCams and CamSoda late at night. Our best times to cam guide has a chart for every site.

The mix changes a lot by site. Couple rooms do best on Stripchat, and trans and male models do best on Chaturbate. See the best cam sites for couples, for trans models and for male models.
How we do it
We only use site-wide totals and averages, never anything about an individual performer, and every figure shows its date range. Payout facts come only from each platform's own pages. Read how we estimate cam model earnings for what our figures mean and their limits, and how we review for our data sources.
Questions people ask
Do you track individual performers?
No. We only use site-wide totals and averages. We never publish usernames, individual performers' figures or anything that could identify a person.
How often is the data updated?
Every figure shows its date range. We refresh pages as new data comes in, and the date at the top of each page always shows the latest update.
