What the award recognizes
XBIZ's award for the best cam site for gay men has gone by a few names: it began as a gay version of Adult Site of the Year for live cams, was Cam Site of the Year, Gay in 2018 and 2019, and has been Gay Cam Site of the Year since 2020. We haven't found it on the 2025 or 2026 XMA winners lists.

How to read awards like this
Industry awards are decided by the organizer's judges or voters, usually people who work in the industry, so they reflect how the business sees a site rather than what any one viewer or model will experience. We show them as context next to our own data, and they never change our rankings. See every cam industry award we track and how we review cam sites.
