The short answer
Stripchat is the biggest tip site right now, so why look elsewhere? Usually because of timing: Stripchat is busiest in the US morning, and plenty of us stream at night. Or you want a different crowd. Here are the alternatives I'd look at, and who each one suits. Let me show you.
Where to go instead of Stripchat
- Chaturbate: the second biggest, busiest late at night.
- MyFreeCams: for women who stream late at night.
- BongaCams: if you stream in the afternoon or from Europe.
- CamSoda: smaller, quieter rooms where you stand out.
- LiveJasmin: if you'd rather do paid private shows than chase tips.
Everything below comes from four weeks of tracked public tips, September 28 to October 25, 2026, with hours in US Eastern time.
The numbers side by side
| Site | Tracked tips, 4 weeks | Busiest hours (ET) | Best audience for |

1. Chaturbate: the night shift
Chaturbate is the obvious partner to Stripchat. It had the second most tracked tips, and its rush hour is 10pm to 2am Eastern, long after Stripchat's peak. Stream Stripchat in the day and Chaturbate at night, and you're always on when people are tipping.
Best for: night streamers, and trans and male performers, who earn a bigger share of tips here than on any other big site.
More in our Chaturbate guide for models and the Chaturbate vs Stripchat comparison.
2. MyFreeCams: women, late at night
MyFreeCams is almost entirely women's rooms, and it peaks from 10pm to 2am Eastern. If you're a woman who prefers the late shift, it's a strong second site.
Not for: couples, trans or male performers. See our MyFreeCams guide.
3. BongaCams: afternoons and Europe
BongaCams peaks from 3pm to 7pm Eastern, which is evening in Europe. It's also the next best site for couples after Stripchat, if a small one.
Best for: European models, afternoon streamers and couples. See our BongaCams guide.
4. CamSoda: smaller rooms, more attention
After Stripchat's huge room count, CamSoda can feel calm. Fewer rooms compete for each viewer, and it peaks late at night.
Best for: newer models who want to be noticed. See our CamSoda guide.
5. LiveJasmin: private shows instead of tips
LiveJasmin is built around paid private shows rather than big public tip rooms. If you'd rather earn per minute than chase tip goals, it's a different way to cam. It's busiest from 4pm to 8pm Eastern.
Best for: models who like one-on-one shows. See our LiveJasmin guide.
Should you leave Stripchat, or add a site?
Most models I'd tell to add, not leave. Stripchat had the most tracked tips of any site, so keep your regulars there and add a site with a different rush hour. Read the new site's model terms first, especially on exclusivity and streaming to two sites at once, and set up your privacy before your first show there: our privacy and safety guide shows you how.

Questions people ask
What is the best Stripchat alternative for models?
Chaturbate, for most models. It had the second most tracked tips over four weeks, and it peaks late at night, when Stripchat is quieter.
Which site is best for trans or male cam models besides Stripchat?
Chaturbate. Trans performers took 9% and men 8.5% of its tracked tips, more than on any other big site.
Is there a Stripchat alternative for couples?
Stripchat is the strongest site for couples, with 23% of its tracked tips going to couples. BongaCams is the next best, at 8%, then Chaturbate at 6%. Many couples keep Stripchat and add a second site.
Can I stream on Stripchat and another site?
Many models do, on different days or at different times. Check each site's own model terms first, because rules on exclusivity and streaming to two sites at once differ.
