How Cams.com works
Cams.com is operated by Streamray Inc., and its copyright notice goes back to 1999. Streamray is based in Las Vegas and is part of FriendFinder Networks. It's smaller than the giants, with about 5.9 million visits a month (Similarweb, September 2026), and it runs in 11 languages with phone support for the US and UK.
You sign up free, and Cams.com advertises up to 250 free tokens for new members. Rooms are labeled by show type, such as tip shows, exclusive and private shows. Members get unlimited chat, private shows, favorites, exclusive content and fan club access.
What Cams.com costs
- Tokens: used for tips and shows. Cams.com doesn't publish its token prices on public pages, so check the price before you buy. Our token calculator works out the cost per token from any package.
- Fan clubs: Silver, Gold and Diamond plans. Prices weren't on its public pages.
- Payment: PayPal is now its default way to add tokens.
The two things most people miss
1. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cams.com's terms say, in capital letters, that it automatically renews all paid subscriptions at the then-current price. To stop it, log in, go to your Billing History page and switch auto-renewal off.
2. Inactive accounts pay a fee. If you don't log in for 180 days, Cams.com can take 50 tokens a month from your token balance. It comes from your tokens, not your card. After two years without logging in, the account may be closed and any tokens left are gone.
If you stop using Cams.com, spend your tokens or close the account rather than leaving a balance sitting there.
Refunds and cancelling
- Refunds: tokens can't be cashed out or refunded, except where the law requires. There are no refunds for prepaid amounts or unused subscription days, and crypto payments are final.
- Cancelling: you can end your account or subscription at any time. Turn off auto-renewal on your Billing History page first, then contact support at [email protected]. For billing questions, Cams.com lists [email protected].

Interest in Cams.com has fallen more than most cam sites' since 2022. That doesn't change how the site works, but it does mean fewer people are looking for it.
Is Cams.com safe?
From Cams.com's own pages:
- Viewers must be 18 and the age of majority where they live, and agree not to let minors use their account.
- Everyone on camera must be 18 or older with verifiable consent.
- Records: its 2257 page names its custodian of records.
- Policies: it publishes a consent and content policy, an anti-trafficking policy, content removal pages and a parental controls guide.
- Recording: its terms say your use of the site may be recorded, including voice, image and text, for fraud prevention and compliance. Keep that in mind if you use cam2cam or your microphone.
If you ever see anyone who might be under 18, leave, report it to the site and to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
Our verdict
Cams.com is an established site from a large US company, with clear age rules and unusually detailed policies. It's a reasonable pick if you want a smaller site and like the free sign-up tokens. Just turn off auto-renewal if you don't want it, and don't leave tokens in an account you've stopped using. For the biggest free rooms, see our free cam sites.
